Extracurricular Activities

 

Soccer

Preschool, Elementary, Junior and High School.

Soccer helps with socializing, creating discipline, improving adaptability to change, exercising logical abilities, stimulating motor coordination, and oxygenating the blood.

Basketball

Elementary, Junior and High School.

Basketball is a very complete activity. Being a team sport, it promotes sociability, stronger coordination; it also helps with concentration and prompt problem solving.

Female Flag Football

Junior and High School.

Flag Football enhances observation skills, team work and promotes family coexistence.

 

Debate

Junior and High School.

Debate is an excellent extracurricular activity, as it helps develop communicative, thinking and reasoning skills.

Theatre

Elementary, Junior and High School.

Theatre classes improve self-esteem, imagination, communication and promote social relations.

Ballet

Preschool, Elementary, Junior and High School.

Ballet practices build discipline, improve coordination and balance, strengthen the muscles and promote team work.

 

Art

Preschool, Elementary, Junior and High School.

Art stimulates communication, creavitity, plus it enhances concentration capacity and expression in children.

Chess

Elementary, Junior and High School.

Chess improves the exercise and development of mental activities: concentration, memory, reasoning and coordination.

Robotics

Preschool, Elementary, Junior and High School.

Robotics promotes investigation and reasoning. Our students learn programming and computing concepts necessary to control robots.

 

Lyre and Drums Band

Elementary, Junior and High School.

A discipline that involves several skills: auditory, movement, bodily expressions and cognitive development. It promotes leadership, teamwork and familiar harmony.

Chemistry in the Kitchen

Elementary, Junior and High School.

Encourages team work and stimulates data gathering. Students learn physical and chemical reactions that occur through food preparation.
